November is Diabetes Awareness month so, we here at Healthy Matters are going to do our best to bring light inflammation of the body, diabetes and how you can eat like a king without causing dis-ease in return. Are there tasty recipes that delight the taste buds? Can we actually fight excess Sugar during these Holiday feasts? Can I eat well without gaining a 'kazillion' pounds and, can I actually prepare foods that are healthy and my family will still love?
