In February 2009 she launched Envision Circles, a specialized mentorship program designed to provide women one of the most creative, empowering and transformative periods of their life.

Acknowledged as a distinctive authority in the field of consumer communication and brand enhancement, Marsh has been nominated among the Power 100 Women in Entertainment and named among Who’s Who in American Women. Her clients have included Paramount Pictures, Viacom, Children's Television Workshop, Australian Broadcasting and more. Her productions have been seen by hundreds of thousands across the United States including those at THE WHITE HOUSE.

Having experienced the darkness of mental illness Donna De Luca overcame her illness through inspired action. As she danced through life’s adversities, she turned breakdowns into breakthrus. She looks at those breakdowns as true blessings today. « It was those dark moments that propelled me forward to go deep within to make a choice of living life on purpose. »

She is in the process of writing her life journey and is determined to use the power of her story to impact people’s lives. She is an envision circle leader with Marsh Engle in which she is delighted to share the power of a mastermind group especially for women where we can meet and be empowered and benefit by all our different expertises.
