Elaine Taylor-Klaus & Diane Dempster co-founded ImpactADHD because they understood personally that parents deserve support and guidance when raising kids with ADHD (and other complex issues). Coaching taught Elaine & Diane to be better parents. They turned that gift into an innovative & targeted resource for parents, ImpactADHD.com to coach and empower them to improve the lives of their families by taking a coach-approach to parenting.

Diane is also the CEO of Inner Progress Coaching, and is a certified professional coach (iPEC) with over 23 years of corporate leadership experience. She uses an “inside-out” approach to help individuals, teams, and families transform by connecting them to a positive vision, and uncovering roadblocks on the way to success. She is seen as a highly effective leader and change agent who brings a unique combination of strategic and tactical capability to translate ideas into action. She is committed to living a conscious, balanced, joy-filled life and helping others do the same. Diane and her family live in Tucker, GA.

CEO of ImpactADHD, Elaine brings her personal experience - raising 3 complex children - to her work - coaching and training parents. Elaine is an professional certified coach, author, educator, public speaker, community entrepreneur, and parenting coach. She draws on her background as a national advocate and educator in women’s health care, as well as her experience as a social worker, yoga teacher, Labor & Delivery instructor, real estate developer (long story :D), group facilitator, and appointed member of the Governor’s Council for Maternal & Infant Health of Georgia. A compassionate listener and strategic problem-solver. Elaine works with her husband, David in their company, Touchstone Coaching, and they consciously co-parent their ADHD Family of Five.
