Real Estate Talk with Scott Nelson

Realtor Scott Nelson talks about real estate and real estate topics in and around the Greater Boston area. First show #2010-1. We'll talk about any topic, no question too small or too big. A nice easy going chat. I take a very easy going approach to real estate, if I don't know the answer I'll find it for you. Also I'm not going to try to sell you something or get you to list with me. Just like to get that out of the way. I like to be approachable and encourage you to listen and call in. My show can literally cover any topic. Just remember I always try to stay positive. I won't disparage anyone or allow it to be done by others, it's not nice. I think we'll all learn from each other and have fun doing it. Real estate can be a very joyous and stressful topic. I can't wave a magic wand & make things all better but at least we can take a good look at the issues and try to find the best answers. I'm really excited to have this opportunity to have a show like this. I'll be having other professionals from the area in to discuss different topics from home inspectors to mortgage professionals and contractors to answer your questions and sometimes mine too.
