When did we lose our humanity and start giving up our vacation time?

Where I come from, Venezuela, closing for lunch and taking a 3-month-summer-vacation is normal. We work to live instead of living to work.

I admire the discipline and work ethic of the people in this country; but I wonder, do more working hours translate into more productivity and ultimately happier lives?

Because I own my business, I decide when and for how long me and my family go on vacation. This generates a reaction in my clients, some positive, some negative, which to me, only reveals a colective fear. Fear to what? is what we are going to explore in this episode.
