The 2 day Leadership summit consisted of approximately 260,000 leaders. For two (2) days we were presented with opportunities to sharpen our skills and to influence people we lead. Based on surveys from previous attendees the outcome for every leader in attendance would be one of four (4) things if not all, Significance, Teamwork, Better Leaders and Effective. I have to admit, I was impacted in all four (4) areas.
