Well, it's summer, and everyone is busy enjoying the Minnesota sunshine here, so we're skipping our July 25 show.  Our next show will be on Friday, August 8 at 11 a.m., when we'll be talking with folks from the MCTC financial aid office about getting started in a new semester with financial aid.

    Changes Are Afoot

We have some changes coming up in the library this fall.  One biggie is the revamping of INFS 1000, Information Literacy and Research Skills, to include the use of William Badke's book, "Research Strategies:Finding Your Way Through the Information Fog."

Other changes include the staffing changes brought about by the retirement of Anne Ryan and the move to part-time of Kathleen Daniels, and using BlogTalkRadio to communicate with the Minneapolis Community and Technical College community.  Upcoming shows in August will discuss financial aid and the start of the semester, and how to make your library life easier.   Let us know if you have ideas for other shows!
