The New Year is traditionally seen as a time of resoultions, new intentions and fresh starts. Yet most people break their resolution within 2 weeks of declaring them! Is it just laziness, bad habits or maybe something else? Is it perhaps that the new intentions are being torpedoed by old vibrations? Are we trying to pour "new wine into old skins"?
