The second type of energy application is SLUGGISH ENERGY. Sluggish energy is energy that is applicated phyiscally BUT NOT MENTALLY. Your body is there but your mind is somewhere else. A sluggard dreams dreams put has nothing...NO THING! This is when your energy is being misapplied because you are living in a DREAM WORLD and not reality.

What is EDHD or Energy Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder? EDHD is the imbalance between focused energy and misapplied energy. EDHD is an imbalance in your spiritual energy and worldy energy. EDHD is when your energy is falls short and you lose your ability focus, pay attention and put forth effort.
