Remembering Who We Are
Often, it can feel as though we live in a stressful world, dealing with issues on many levels -- personal, tribal (family), local, national and global. Challenges will rise and we have a choice as to how we respond to, and manage, those challenges. And how we respond through actions and behaviors, determines the final outcome, and future challenges. We can respond in ways that feel peaceful, or in ways that result in stress. Stress is an indication that something has gone awry -- and the good news is, each of us has the power to make very small adjustments and lower our level of stress. Happiness is our right, along with abundance, joy and freedom. Everything we need to live a life full of success, health, relationships, abundance of every kind -- it already exists within us. Most often, we can benefit from either (1) hearing this, or (2) discovering how we block this innate ability.
