Mary, thank you for having Willie Crawford on your show. I met him several years ago and got his Soul Food Recipes cookbook at that time. He sure has some great recipes in it. I'll have to download a copy of the Collards Notebook.

That Soul Food is great! I grew up on it in south Louisiana, especially collard greens. I had no idea you could fix them so many different ways until I found your free ebook, The Collards Notebook. Now I have your book The Collard Patch and love it! It's wonderful that such a basic, inexpensive, tasty food can be so healthy, too! Joe
