I found this interview to be one of the most helpful to me to date because Dr Lawrence spoke of having patients on as little as 1 mg. I had to reduce to 0.5 mg before the headaches resolved. I am taking LDN for my severe allergies. Right now the mold counts are high. Even at just 0.5 I can tell there is significant improvement in my level of sensitivity and symptoms. I have much less brain fog and fatigue from the high mold counts. And with flu peaking here in Texas I have not had any symptoms
