What is wisdom?

 I talked with Narayan Healing about the sacred space of the heart, which is a group of 40 cells in the heart that constitute the heart’s brain. When you connect with these 40 cells, you are following your heart. We discussed the efforts of Drunvalo Melchizedek to teach people how to access this space over weeks instead of years, and Narayan’s discovery that we can access this space in minutes instead of weeks. Narayan told listeners how to open up the beams of light that go through the head, the same beams of light that constitute the halo of en-light-ened people. Narayan guided listeners on a meditation that helped them access this space. We played Holy Harmony, by Jonathan Goldman, and Om Mantra, among other music that help listeners connect with the sacred space of the heart.

We also discussed nondualism by unifying the heart and the mind. The heat is the way to enter this way of being in the world. We discussed how the heart is the fuel of the "car", your mind is the engine, your body is the physical car, and the sacred space of the heart is the ignition. We will also discuss sexual energy as the most powerful fuel you can pour into the tank that is your sacred heart space.
