30 miles down wind from the Fermi reactor you wouldn't even have noticed anything if the reactor had blown up unless you had a geiger counter. If the LNT hypothesis is true for doses as low as a few millisievert to a few tens of millisieverts your risk of cancer would be increased on the order of a few thousandths to a few hundreths of one percent.
