Our April 2012 Guest is...

A'lelia Bundles - Award-Winning Author and Historian

She is also the President of the Foundation for the National Archives and is based in the Washington, D.C. area.

A'lelia is most well known for her wonderful biography which she researched and wrote about her great great grandmother, Madam CJ Walker, a champion of and one of the wealthiest women entrepreneurs of all time who left a legacy for both her family and for society because of her dedication to serving as an activist and as a philanthropist.

In her interview, A'lelia shares about her own journey as a career journalist and producer, as an author and contributor to the boards of several very important institutions, and as a person who was hungry to understand her family's history. Listen to learn more from her own words.
