Noel Baganzi was a Kuchu activist, auditor and member of the, besieged, GEHO-Uganda.  Some sould say that he was deliberately murdered in a, targeted, hit-and-run accident earlier in the week.  He died, presumably of his injuries, which may have been more merciful considering how severe they were.  He was spared living as a potential double-amputee.

The Jinja Uganda police will likely, find no perpetrators, no suspects, and the case will never be resolved.  GEHO struggles greatly in it's effort to find the money to bury their friend.

Conversely, the Jinja police department, reached out to GEHO-Uganda requesting a seminar on how to interact with, counsel and process transgender men and woman in the town.  Find out how that worked out.

Being gay in Uganda is a crime.  Many believe that the death of Noel Baganzi is, yet another, demonstration of how the lives of LGBT (Kuchu) individuals in Uganda have no value, and are the constant targets of hate, bigotry, violence, and oppression.

Learn how you can help.  ONE way, is to make a secure donation to the organization immediately.  They are in sire circumstances, as lgbt people living in a country that finds their lives worthless.
