Welcome to the world premier of 8 to 5 with Chris Jones. 8 to 5 is a health education, nutrition and fitness show. Being in great physical condition benefits all aspects of life, so we should take care of ourselves to become better musicians, students, and leaders in our communities. Chris Jones prepares the young musician, the current student and the old band head that needs motivation for a lifetime of healthy practices that will propel our society. This episode is a podcast and will not take any calls. In addition this will be more of a 'meet Chris Jones' episode.
