The "Bitter Bitch" as well as the "No Good Man" syndromes are states of mind men and women CHOOSE to live in. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE HAPPINESS of another, all one can do is either add or detract from the qualities one already posess. We dont get to choose the family we are born into, but we do choose the company we keep and sleep with. If you do not like who you are or who you are with, GET THE HELL ON and leave the situation ALONE.

I wouldn't say all black women are angry... but a vast number (possibly even the vast majority) of black AMERICAN women sure are angry as hell. I think the ladies need to make better choices into the men they pick instead of holding some grudge against the whole male gender in general.

Good show tonight I do hope that those who was in chat room as well as those who will listen later will walk away a message of knowing that we can't blame someone else for things that we have not come to grips with ourselves. If we as a person is angry and bitter and frustrated we must first look within ourselves because we still have some unresolved issues.
