Lt. Col. Paul Lawrence Vann, an international motivational speaker, author and talk show host of the Wealthy Speaker Show joins MannaTalkRadio.  He will share insights from his book called Living on Higher Ground: How to Live with Passion, Motivation, and Joy.

Lt. Col. Paul Lawrence Vann - The Leader of Influence - is a professional motivational speaker and author of the highly acclaimed book, Living on Higher Ground and co-author of 101 Great Ways to Enhance Your Career. He empowers organizations and individuals to become leaders of influence, understand the culture they operate in to assist in working more effectively with employees, vendors and the communities in which they reside while sharing his experience as a high level leader in the United States Air Force and on Capitol Hill and in business.

Paul overcame abject poverty to become the first of nine children to earn a high school diploma, undergraduate degree and master degree, neither his parents or grandparents before them was able to earn a diploma. Paul overcame the temporary setback to become a highly decorated military officer in the United States Air Force, having served over 12 consecutive years in the Pentagon and as a Capitol Hill Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives.

He believes that the key to developing a better business culture is for people in charge to be leaders of influence-the managers, staff, custodial staff. By embracing everyone in the organization, ultimately become stronger in addition to everyone having a common goal, understand the mission and is willing to give more, when at times there seems to be no more to give in terms of effort, attitude and willingness to achieve excellence.
