There is a huge disparity in salary, influence and tenure as it relates to their ability to not only secure a pastorship, but maintain it! But the gap is closing due to three women in particular: Juanita Bynum, Paula White and Joyce Meyer!
Tonight on "Uncut" , we are going to discuss why with women constituting the overwhelming majority of congregation membership, service and giving, are grossly under represented in the pulpit.
