In part two of these consecutive programs we seek to answer the questions: Do you feel that you are well managed? What does being “poorly managed” look like in today’s workplace? In our discussion today we will seek to provide you with practical solutions as to what you can do to improve your workplace culture and how to put a stop to the bullying. We welcome your calls as we speak to this all important topic.

Doug Dickerson is the director of Management Moment Leadership Services and the host of the Management Moment Radio Show.  Doug is an internationally recognized leadership columnist and speaker and is the author of two leadership books.
