If there has ever been a time for managers to learn how to lead their people it is now. The demands of management have never been greater but far too many managers lack the necessary leadership skills it requires. Bullying in the workplace is problematic and the statistics back it up. In part one of this two part broadcast Doug Dickerson and Bonnie Low Kramen will help you identify the problems and will seek to offer solutions to make your workplace more effective and help managers learn how to lead.

Doug Dickerson is the director of Management Moment Leadership Services and the host of the Management Moment Radio Show.  Doug is an internationally recognized leadership columnist and speaker and is the author of two leadership books.
