Chuck Mollor is the founding and managing partner of MCG Partners, Chamber of Commerce winner of "Entrepreneur of the Year" and provider of leadership, sales, and organizational effectiveness solutions. He is also the owner of Career transition Advisors, a subsidiary of MCG Partners, providing career management and transition services. For over 25 years Chuck has advised and consulted international, national, and regional executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500, and not-for-profits.

He has had general and P&L responsibilities, and ran, built and restructured several businesses. As a member of several executive teams, Chuck has led a strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, and a global partnership of more than 100 consulting firms in 33 countries.

Chuck is a graduate of the Executive Programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is a certified Executive Coach and is certified in a number of behavioral, 360 and engagement assessments and surveys.

Chuck lives near Boston with his wife, three daughters, one son, and three dogs.
