Kia Ervin is the Executive Director and motivator behind a state wide effort to breath new life into the states young executive culture.

With a Bachelors of Science in Communications, concentration in Public Relations From North Carloina A&T State University and Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University she is poised to take on this task with vim and vigor.

Having their kick-off gala on May 14 her team are moving forward to address the professional climate, social interest and economic welfare of their generational needs.

Accelerate Delaware (Previously called Delaware Talent Live) is an organization incubated within The Longwood Foundation. It began as an idea in 2014 and formally launched in 2016. Our goal is to develop and implement a strategy for increasing the percentage of talented young professionals who choose to build their careers and lives in Delaware.
