Do You Take God for Granted, Or Just Take God for Granted?

Here is a true statement: everyone takes God for granted.  Every man depends upon God to do what He does, or at least what he believes God does.  And what men take most for granted regarding God is His patience.  Yes, both the wicked and the good rely on God’s characteristic long suffering.  Else, neither would be able to continue in their ways or change their ways.

So the real question is not whether you take God and His patience for granted – you most certainly do.  The question is whether you have the correct perspective on God’s patience and why it continues to be extended to you?
