JANICE NIEDERHOFER, MA, PhDc has had an outstanding career in law enforcement. She was a police officer with two departments and served a distinguished 21-year career with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

As an elite member of internationally recognized law enforcement teams, Janice received incomparable training, serving as an undercover agent, SWAT team member, police hostage negotiator, interview/interrogator and body language expert, which earned her status as a Master Communicator and expert in Leadership Development.

As a subject-matter expert, she has taught these skills in numerous programs to all levels of law enforcement agencies, including the DEA, FBI, Secret Service, CIA, ATF, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Since retiring from the DEA, Janice has been in demand by global clients as a consulting advisor and speaker. She is a powerhouse talent, with degrees in psychology, criminal justice, forensic psychophysiology, and combines her expansive knowledge and extraordinary life experience with a passion to empower others to get on target to reach their potential.

Janice is the innovative creator and President of Femme Fatale Spy Adventures (FFSA), designed to empower women through experience.
