As we all know, February is Black History month... However, I have come to notice that when talking about black history people often talk about only a handfull of African American people that really made a difference in the world. For instance Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, W.E.B. Du Bois, and Harriet Tubman. While these are all very important figures and stories to know about history; today we will be discussing less recognized people. Such as John Bubbles; the first black man to dance on TV and who taught Fred Astaire how to dance. Or Bass Reeves, who was born a slave, but was said to become one of the greatest hearoes of the frontier history.

Join us! Call us up! We'd love to hear from you!
