The address didn't work for me. But I was able to find an article through a "freedom of speech" search at the Telegraph's main page. "Robin Page compensated over 'race' arrest" By Paul Stokes Last Updated: 2:28am GMT 16/01/2008. It does both show that Lionheart is not defenseless (which means any asylum application is shot) and that, despite LH's inability to substantiate his claims of prosecution (on the Gathering Storm), this prosecution, as corroborated by Bedfordshire OnSunday, is in keeping with previously observed police policies.

I understand your desire to see islamic propagandist put in jail, but am concerned that you would subvert freedom of speech to do so. As you say, "we don't know what exactly is being investigated." And if " it was removed," then what harm has occurred. The case of Lionheart neither raises to the American standard of "imminent lawless action," nor the supplanted "clear and present danger" standard which limits free expression. I know not how these concepts may be aligned or distinct from the common law since our (US) divergence, but I believe these concepts to be an important model for common law. Unfortunately, the crimes, that you are proud to see jihadists jailed for, may also fail to meet these standards. It could be argued that these, well publicized incitements did communicate to foreign jihadists more quickly than a policeman, in various locales could be summoned ("imminent lawless action"), and that they did present a "clear and present danger," to persons within and without British jurisdictions.

ah, yes, but we don't know exactly what is being investigated on the site. Maybe it was removed. Maybe it remains. Who knows, but all very vague. The local story sheds no light on the matter. Honest, this would have been picked up by the Sun, the Telegraph or The Times. Despite the telephonic brawl, I will listen to future shows. Cheers, Kris
