It seems that the talk of the town is that America is one of the most overweight countries in the world. But there are so many "microwave" fixes from pills, to shakes, to surgery. So its like its ok to gain weight because there are so many quick fixes...UNTIL...the FDA pulls pills off the shelves because it causes, heart problems, kidney/liver problems or worse DEATH. Or surgeries that make your stomach smaller but because it is such an extreme diet you lose the weight quickly BUT you have to deal with excess skin from the fast weightloss, nutrient deficiencies, potential heart problems or worse DEATH. Has technology made us lazy to lose the weight the right way? Do folks no longer feel accountable for what they put in their bodies, because of the resources available to lose the weight quickly? And is it possible for someone that weighs more than they should to be considered healthy? These are the questions that will be discussed, and food for thought for those that are considering utilizing the tools available for weight loss. Stay tuned!
