Is it just me, or is there more of a sexual vibe from poets than the run-of-the mill people you interact with on a daily basis? Could it possibly be the way that "he" rolls his "Rs" or the way she sighs after each line that makes us stop and take notice to the evident sexual vibe, but where does it come from, and are they more sexual than most?
People often assume that because you write about it, you're living it out at that instant, so is it wrong to have the presumption that poets have a highly active sex life? How can we dispeell fantasy from reaity, or are we just supposed to enjoy the poetry for what it is...ART?
We're going to have a juice discussion tonigh on the LYRICAL DIVAS Show, so call us up at (914) 803-4004.
