Author, coach and book marketer, Lynn Serafinn, hosts healer, counselor and author of The Healers' Almanac Patty Shaw.

As a young adult, Patty Shaw decided to immerse herself in alternative healing modalities, like homeopathy, Reiki, EFT, Cranio Sacral, Aurveydic and broadened her spirituality with divination, learning about world religions, mediumship, spiritualism and Kabbalah. She later became a Reiki practitioner, was trained as a spiritual healer and an instructor of Transformational Yoga.

But then when her son became ill with lung issues and her daughter started showing signs of stress over her parents divorce, Patty was challenged to look beyond what her doctor could do for her. She began to combine the help of conventional medicine with naturopathy, allergy management, chiropractic care, spiritual healing and energy balancing to help her children become strong and vital during those years. Patty says she believes her children now have stronger health foundations because of those choices she made, and she has also applied these same principles in her own lifestyle.

On tonight's show, Patty will give listeners an introduction to alternative healing modalities and medicines, as well as information on how to practice a more introspective kind of healing through meditations with modern Goddesses, who personify the strengths and qualities of nurturing, empowered and courageous women.

Patty's book The Healrers' Almanac: journey into health with wisdom from the 21st Century goddesses is launch on January 5th. See http://healingwithpattyshaw.com/launch-bonuses

Join Lynn and Patty for an informative discussion on how we can awaken our inner healer and become our own authority over our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
