We are honored today to have as our special guest, Edward L. Golding, FHA's Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Housing.  On today's program, we will receive an update on what is new at FHA as well as talk about what we can expect between now and the post-election transition.  We will be talking about FHA premiums, FHA's programs and if we can anticipate any changes to the existing programs.  You won't want to miss this important update.
