Today's special guest is LES PARKER of Parker & Associates.  Les is a forward thinking mortgage executive with more than 30 years of mortgage risk management experieince.   He was one of the first risk managers that recognized the importance of hedging MSR's and is well known for his daily commentary on the markets.  Les has his finger on the plus of what it will take to get private investors to return to the secondary markets and what is going to keep them away.  Tune in to this important broadcast to understand what the future holds for the secondary markets as the result of this election.
