I am a St.Louis Mo. cabbie and author of Bondage and Discipline, Sadism and Masochism. I published and am promoting this book on my own. I am a guerrilla publisher, learning as I go. I am not an expert by any means, but I will avail myself of anything that will get my book read by as many people as possible. As I said, I'm learning on the fly. Lately, I've found tutorials on youtube to be a valuable resource.
