Choosing to thrive forward after unhealthy relationships are over is an amazing accomplishment.  It is easy to overlook the challenges regardless of the joy one may feel after abusive relationships have ended.  A couple of challenges as one thrives forward in their life may be a continuation of depression and anxiety.  Some people think that as long as they just get out of the abusive relationship that will makes things okay, but most are not aware of how important it is to release the energetic residue from previous unhealthy relationships prior to investing in future relationships.  Taking care of the physical aspect of ending abuse is not enough.  It helps to become mindful of the spiritual, psychological, emotional and psychic aspect of letting go of those who have behaved abusively in our lives.  Emotional stress can increase regardless of the abusive relationship ending and physically moving forward in their life.  Removing and breaking low energy cycles from unhealthy relationships is vital in order to continue successfully thriving forward past narcissistic abuse and unhealthy relationships.  For further information on this topic, please click the link below.
