Companies that are unhealthy within their own human collaboration processes are unable to develop themselves in a sustainable way. Quality collaboration processes are necessary to cocreate sustainability in the company or organization. The real sustainability is not about developing strategies to bring and keep customers permanently to the company services. The consequence of a sustainable collaboration process is a sustainable quality of living, which means the necessary resources and processes for our goals and projects will be there, generated naturally by our business and collaboration process. The strategy used to achieve this level and state of performance need to be integral. Sustainable quality of living, awareness and care for individual self-development, are main goals of modern companies that espect to achieve a mayor goal: to become sustainable, collaborate with the cocreation of a permanent state of sustainable quality of living (within and around the company) and inherit its success up to the 9th following generation. Elements Management helps companies become aware of their human side, the real situation and conditions human experience at the business collaboration environment, organization and culture. Author, traveler, artist, know how developer, E.M.900 Consultant. Between 1996 and 2008 lived abroad traveling in Europe, Southamerica & Israel. Since he was a child, was motivated by a vision of a future human society in which humans collaborate with each other and with nature in order to cocreate an harmonious way of sustainable living, L.D. Maldonado Fonken decided to continue studies and experiences gathering all necessary knowledge in a variety of fields, science and social disciplines, human knowledge and understanding of nature and human experience. Since 2007 L.D. Maldonado publish own books describing cases an use of the know how he develops (elements Management). As well publish symbolic language stories, poems and articles. In 2009, L.D. Maldonado Fonken grounds the LDMF.UG (Maldonado Fonken Luis Daniel UG) company in Germany, which is dedicated to build sustainable collaboration environments, and network, designed by applying Elements Management and complementary know how. The creation of the Elements Management Standard complete a new cycle of creative work and know how development; and the beggining of a new stage of collaboration between Elements Management practitioners: the 30.30.30 Network

    I deeply thank you for your kind interest in to accessing a state of collective awareness and sustainable cocreative collaboration.

    Thank you for giving me and my team the possibility to share with you unique methods that will totally enhance your capacity and skills.

    Elements management, have been designed in order to support human collaboration in a sustainable way. If would like to advance the quality of experience of a sustainable cocreative collaboration process, we realize collective awareness is necessary

    Then elements management trainning facilitate the experience but also activate the natural skills to access a state of collective awareness.

    AT that new space of collaboration our project will evolve and you will be able to really start interacting and knowing all members of the project.
