She’s come to realize that women are yearning to be more happy, healthy, sexy and free…and those feelings can’t be found in a pill or procedure. Women need experiential connections that uplift bodies, minds, hearts and spirits.

She’s also coached, mentored and supported hundreds of women to step out of what she calls the Bermuda Triangle of Sexual Shame, Anxiety and Fear.
