Monk is the 2nd son of the legendary former 2x Heavy Weight Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist “Big” George Foreman, George Foreman III aka “The Monk started training for boxing in July 2008, with very similar training methods to his father such as the "torture chamber", in which ‘The Monk” dragged a Jeep as far as he could, dug holes, chopped wood and ran to the point of exhaustion.“The Monk” made his professional debut on June 6, 2009, where he defeated Clyde Weaver at 1:16 of the first round. He won his third pro fight on September 26, 2009 at the Coushatta Casino in Kinder, Louisiana against Marvin Ray Jones by TKO in the first round. So far “The Monk” possesses a record of 10-0.
