Basil Eleby is a 39 year old black, homeless man, with a diminished mental capacity who is addicted to drugs. He was identified as the man who started the 1-85 fire a month ago, but the NAACP along with a coalition of 25 organizations are saying he is being set up because of his race, mental capacity, homelessness and drug addiction. On tonight's show we will have Attorney Gerald Griggs, the vice-president of the Atlanta Chapter of NAACP to give a update on the case. We will also have Attorney Robert Patillo and Thomas "TJ" Loftin to help us figure out what's really going on with the case.
