How can we protect our youth in a technology based society?

Not Just Talkin' the Talk welcomes Youth Minister Joshua Campbell to the show!



With the ever changing and updating of technology, it is important for parents to know and understand what their students are facing. We will be discussing some new technologies and look at the dangers our teens are facing and how we can protect them from lurking temptations. We will also look at the Biblical implementations of technology and how we can use it further our ministries in the church and at home.

Joshua is a youth minister at San Saba’s First Baptist Church and a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with a multi-disciplinary degree in Christian Ministry and Marketing. Part of his degree deals with different facets of technology including technology in education and business. He also studied innovations in technology. Joshua is an avid reader of gadget and technology blogs and has been a consultant for household technologies to many. He feels that technology is a tool that IS being used by the devil to help turn people away from God, but believes with the right knowledge of it, we can turn around and use it for the Lord!
