Hello Lovelyti, You do know what you are talking about. Although, I am not a minority. I am a white woman that has a one-time felony. No one will hire me, and in order for me to not violate my probation, I have to have a job! I could only imagine that it is worse for a minority race. All I want to do is move on from my mistake, but I am reminded of it everyday, when another door closes in my face. I believe that the justice system likes to keep us felons down.
