Mad Mel, Beyond the Racial Zone

Mel Gibson has admitted to being bipolar and has struggled with alcoholism since his teen years. Did Oksana Grigorieva know of Mel’s struggles before she decided to have a baby with him? His past was not kept secret and has been splashed across tabloids for the past decade. The authenticity and legitimacy of the Mel Gibson tapes has been questioned and many are voicing concerns that the tapes have been edited. If Oksana Grigorieva manipulated the audio tapes what is to make the public think she hasn’t been manipulating Mel Gibson as well. Does Mel Gibson need more treatment? Has he relapsed or possibly never received the treatment that he needs to overcome his demons? Though the tapes are shocking to listen to and the rage in Mel’s voice is unsettling to say the least, and terrifying at its greatest point, one must ask what caused Mel Gibson to exhibit such rage. If Oksana was as terrified of Mel Gibson and his rage, then why was she on the telephone provoking him? Why was she recording his conversations and asking questions that she would knowingly set him over the edge? That is not revealed in the audio tape rants- the Mel Gibson tapes- if you will, is how the calls initially began. What was the purpose, who called who? Though the shock value of the tapes are great, there is a good chance they will be inadmissible in court if it is determined they were taped illegally.
