When Duncan Brodie decided to leave his position as a senior leader in a large organisation to set up his own training and consultancy business, he soon came across some rather interesting gaps & differences between the two situations. Nothing in his corporate career had fully prepared him for self-employment! Duncan has bravely agreed to talk about some of the challenges, experiences and triumphs of his journey with me on the show. For anyone considering following a similar path from corporate cubicle to home office, or who may find it forced upon them, this show should provide both valuable advice and reassurance that it can be done successfully. Show notes, links and additional resources can be found at the Show Blog (after the show) http://www.frontline-results.com/radio
