They said it couldn't be done. No, not the USMNT advancing out of the "Group of Death", but getting Darryl to dive headfirst into te World Cup soccer frenzy. Yet, here we are with Thursday's match against Germany looming large for the United States and their World Cup aspirations, and Darryl has transitioned from soccer atheist to a soccer fan wrapped up in the nationalism that naturally arises every 4 years.
The guys will have a special guest on, former UCLA soccer player Taylor Canel, to discuss some of the finer points of the World Cup group play, and what we have to look forward to as teams advance out of group play. Tune in!
