Lost Arts Radio host Richard Sacks (www.lostartsradio.com) has been an independent holistic health scientist since 1965. Initially motivated by his own serious health problems of the time, he made the decision to explore beyond the accepted limits and understandings of medical science to regain the vibrant state of health and ageless energy he felt was our normal condition. He began an investigation of the deeper knowledge of health and consciousness from ancient sources that modern science fails to comprehend and often brushes off with condescending arrogance. What he discovered in a multi-decade journey crossed many arbitrary dividing lines between physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, organic agriculture (before USDA took over the term), and laws of nature that have been operating and were understood long before any of the philosophies, religions or academic disciplines we know of were even conceived. Having spent the last 40 years looking for ways to adapt ancient knowledge to modern conditions, reaching simultaneously into realms of science and consciousness, he continues the exploration and experimentation to this day. Recently invited to do a radio show on health in the broader sense of the word, covering many areas of study, Richard started Lost Arts Research Institute and Lost Arts Radio, to share what he has put together over a long period of study, trial and error, and discovery.

This Saturday for the first time so far on Lost Arts Radio, Richard will share some of what he has learned over many years of this study, hoping that it might be useful to you in maximizing your own state of health, energy and well being during your life in this very challenging age.
