Lewis has over 20 years of practical business development, corporate management and telecommunications engineering experience.  He began his technical career in 1986 at the age of 18 and by 1996 was a network engineering manager at NORCOM Networks Corporation, a subsidiary of Norwegian Telecom Inc., where he led a team of engineers that planned, designed, implemented, and evaluated next generation satellite and terrestrial-based technologies for the truck and rail industries in the United States.
