WHAT IS HAPPENING OVER THERE? You went from so-so to off the meter Bad! As soon as this guy (Judge Swindle) started to talk about what is legal, you should have grabbed his microphone and kicked him out of the studio. THERE CAN BE NO OTHER SYSTEM OF LAW THAN THE MAXIMS (or systems build off of them) Also did you research this guy? I did a quick search and came up with a bit of bad information. Now that and his system, that gives no thought to the maxims makes me wonder!

(WHICH ARE THE MAXIMUMS OF LAW...) 1. “The judge did not sign the correct oath (not ‘impartial’).” 2. “Mr. Prosecutor, Did you swear an oath to uphold the Constitution? Do you intend to process this case according to the Constitution?” 3. Demand charging affidavits from each and every accuser for each and every charge. 4. Swear yourself in and demand all others do the same — if they refuse to be sworn in, then say: “Let the record show that these people intend to lie.” 5. Demand affidavit from judge describing the nature and authority of the court. 6. “Does part of the fine go into the judge’s pension fund?” 7. “Is the judge under IRS criminal investigation?” 8. “Plaintiff hasn’t exhausted its remedies in commerce.” 9. “I don’t speak Legalese.” 10. “Define $.” 11. Demand Bill of Particulars from prosecutor. 12. “I don’t know my name.” 13. “I have the right to remain silent. Anything I say can be used against me.” 14. “Judge, do you hold the full judicial power of the state? Or is it the military power?” 15. Demand affidavit that judge has no bias, no conflict of interest and no interest in the outcome of the case. 16. Subpoena or depose the Attorney General. 17. “Sign this contract that guarantees that you will protect ALL my Constitutional rights.” 18. Put the Federal Reserve Note on trial. 19. “The Post Office is not authorized to serve process.” 20. Subpoena homework from officer’s required “creative writing” (fiction) class and compare w/ the police report. 21. “Before I answer that, grant me immunity from state AND federal prosecution.” 22. “What is your name? Do you have a claim against me? Do you know anyone who has a claim against me? I request the order be released unto me.” 23. “I am without consult, No attorney for would sign my contract.” 24. “I don’t understand. I don’t recall. Could you repeat the question? I do not give you permission to do this. I do not volunteer. I cannot make a legal determination on what you are asking me to do.” 25. “I do not accept you as my judge.” 26. “The question is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.”

Try to call (a few weeks back)again but got no reply! Oh Well! A little something for the next time someone is in court. How to deal with contempt of court... Judge: You are in contempt of this court! Sovereign citizen: Is that a civil contempt or is that a criminal contempt. This question opens up a can of worms for the judge, because it is requesting the nature and cause of the complaint, also the nature and cause of the case against you. And as you may know the judge is not allow to reveal the true nature and cause of the complaint (to continue) If it is a criminal complaint, then you want to see the Constitutional delegation of authority for the criminal complaint. If it is a civil complaint then you need to see the contract upon which the obligation lies.

Just finished listening to the whole show. I have some input. Like 1.She should have sent contracts to lawyers to defend her, because it she words it right they can't sign it. That stops any claims about her practicing law. Also no one should use the UCC! (referring to it is something else). 2. When she didn't answer the lawyer letter she agreed to whatever he said, by acquiescence. (last man standing)nobody is a mind reader... those are the 2 big things about the show that stood out to me. Our people need to know who they are and what is the law...not the statute rules and regulations.(for those who dont know!)Please check my site as a starting point! There is a section on common law. The problem is that we need more people to know the truth in order to set up common law courts. Ok, one last thing because I'm listening to you mention these numbers and I know that these ppl study numerology as well. I have a book on Tibetan numerology. Number 11: "Number 11 is thought to be a special number and is called the mystic number in many occult traditions. In their story of creation the Babylonians mention the name TIAMAT with its eleven supporting chaos and demons. In Hindu tradition, there are 11 forms of incarnations of Rudra, the Lord of Destruction..." Directly from the book I have on their numerology.

What's up, I'm listening to your last show. I didn't get to listen to the archive the other day. But I'm about half way through now-65:00 and alot of the stuff your reading sounds very similar to the energy of the planet Mars. I read recently that Mars is moving closer to the Earth. I study Planets and stuff like that and it's relation to us and the earth. Mars and Saturn are the most aggressive and malefic towards human life as far as energy like war, suffering, obstacles and such. And Pluto; which is not necessarily malefic, but is related to dark energy, secrets, will, power, control, obsession, etc. So, people should also consider the energy of the planets and the power they have over us as well when dealing with stuff like this. Because these spirits and demi-gods they're summoning are really the negative energies of these planets. Much like Egyptians and spiritual ppl have given planets, etc names of gods and worship them, etc. So, the zietgiest movie wasn't that off in that respect; they just weren't very thorough in explaining and didn't clarify. That's what I believe from what I know anyhow. ~Zen~

I enjoyed your 5/18 show. Especially the after hrs part. It's like people keep falling for the same b.s. every life time and every era even though they read that it has already happened in the past. It seems the ppl dont even understand what they are reading, but rather chanting and memorizing words and beliefs w.o. truly understanding nor dissecting their meaning or true lesson/message. It is kind of similar to relationships, where ppl keep making the same mistake over and over again with different ppl. Not understanding that it is a different person physically, but a similar energy transference between them and that 'new' person, until they learn from whatever lesson it is that they are not grasping. How many times do we say that the 'new' person reminds us of someone else we have come across in a relationship or friendship b4 or that a person reminds us of one of our parents. It is a pattern and in that pattern a lesson that needs to be learned and absorbed in that lifetime. And it is correct that energy can never be killed off but instead it is transfered elsewhere therefore the physical body is eliminated but never the spirit. So, someone is carrying Hitlers spirit right now..hmm. He was so evil two or three evil ppl may hold the spirit of Hitler right now.
