We, as a society, needs to return to the old fashion values and beliefs within the Family Unit whereby surrounded with structure and discipline according to Biblical principles and practices. There just seems to be an underlying current of such a right of entitlement among individuals that is diminidhing the moral fabric in the world today.

Old fashioned morals, values and beliefs need to begin to be once again honored within the structure of our families with the raising of our children. Direct disobedience, disrespect and dishonesty needs to be addressed within the teaching of the Bible.

2nd Timothy 3:16 addresses Disciplining In Righteousness with mentoring, counseling and when necessary the rod of correction as indicated in the various verses of Proverbs.

My late-wife and I successfully raised two daughters encased with the principle of spare the rod-spoil the child as the rod of correction was not spared with a good old fashioned spanking being administered over the parental knee being administered with love, care and concern.

These are just a few initial thoughts for the time being while welcoming feedback.
