The Straight Dope from a Transformation Consultant

Nancy is an Atlanta entrepreneur and "Transformation Consultant" - someone she says helps us change the way we see our world. My interview will attempt to uncover some of the decisions that led her into this unique field and continue to drive her success.
She founded Transformation Consultants, Inc. in 2001 to help organizations and individuals do more than simply cope with change. She has been doing so with thousands of clients since then, primarily in the fields of real estate, staffing and IT.
Nancy has developed techniques and training tools that immediately work for both individuals as well as for large companies and organizations. She obtained her B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, and is a professional speaker and trainer. She is a member of both the National Speakers Association and the Coaches Training Institute, one of the few training organizations accredited by the International Coach Federation.
