Jen Mulhall – Fitness Professional, Owner of Thrive 365 Jen is a passionate individual who strives to help others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle, encompassing physical, mental and spiritual health. She uses habit based coaching to help her clients achieve long term success.
Jen was overweight most of her life, started working out after high school to ‘lose weight’, and found a passion for strength training. She enjoys training others and herself for the physical challenges but also for the mental challenges; being successful in the gym is as much mental toughness as it is physical ability.
She believes training is a tool to overcome mental barriers and to push past perceived limitations, to see what we are truly capable of. The realization that we are capable of much more then we think is a powerful weapon to grow in other aspects of our lives.
She is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and is currently pursuing life coaching as a way to increase her client’s results.
